![]() The correspondence and care with Montage, the policy company, I would rate as a 5/5 on their ring resizing as well as timely responses to redirect issues to F&B. Moving forward, I'll likely work with local jewelers for the upkeep of my ring due to the experiences above. Unfortunately, this is the only vendor I've had accountability issues with for my wedding or anything else, really. However, I am one of the few clients who has had issues with their workmanship accountability. I was initially very excited to work with this company and support someone from the Vietnamese community and a local Californian business. Again, the turnaround time was about one month. It took several tries back and forth to have them simply fix their own error in leaving scratches during a simple cleaning and polishing and not re-charge me the shipping cost to do so. By principle, clients should not receive products with defects done by the manufacturer. We disclose this information in our return policy and many jewelry companies have the same terms due to the inability to size a full eternity setting. ![]() This does not allow a professional jeweler to size the ring without altering the original “look and feel” of the setting.Īs a result, our full eternity rings are not an item that can be returned. What this means is that the design of the setting goes all the way around at 360 degrees. Please check your emails and or “spam” folders in case it was filtered there.Īlthough we do offer returns on most of our pieces, your item was purchased as a "full eternity” band. We even sent you a photo of it measured on a ring mandrel for your convenience. Per our records, your full eternity band was made to the size requested. Our multi-level inspection process is quite meticulous and it must be approved from design to manufacturing to quality control prior to shipping the final product to our customers. However, we want to reassure you that we made your ring at your specific ordered size. We understand that you are upset about the sizing issue.
